In an emergency, when you do not have any medical professionals near you, it’s upon you to see the victim suffer. That is the exact moment when you think- ‘if and if only I knew how to save this person’. Before being sorry, there is still a chance in front of you to be ready in the face of an emergency.


A person spends the majority of the time of a day at work! This means that there are more chances of having unexpected emergencies at the workplace. No one can stop an incoming emergency but by knowing the basic CPR Training, one can save the life of his/her coworker. 


Heart attacks and cardiac arrests are such uninvited guests into the life of a person. When such an emergency occurs, there are options to call an ambulance. In today’s traffic, an ambulance might take 10 minutes or more even if the scene of an emergency is nearby. The reason is due to heavy road traffic and traffic blocks experienced at cities.


The victim may not be able to wait till an ambulance responds. And it can result in the death of the victim. But the one near the victim can save his/her life if proper first aid is given. This could also be helpful until the first responders arrive at the scene.


The best thing about knowing CPR is that it can be trained for any person, including medical professionals or an ordinary person. This does not require prior medical knowledge but needs a hand to hand experience.
